Refund policy

We hope that you are delighted with your jewelry purchase and our commitment to you does not end at
delivery. We offer the following services to make your return or exchange as pleasant as possible:

  •  30-Day return for diamond purchases over $500*
  •  15-Day return for all other jewelry purchases*

*All items must be in new, unused condition. We are unable to accept returns of special order items,
customized pieces, or estate/consignment items.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Please bring the merchandise, along with any original paperwork (sales receipt, diamond certificate,
packing slips, etc.) and packaging (ring box, etc.) to the store.
Returns will be credited in the original form of payment in the amount paid at the time of purchase. If you
paid by cash or check, we will issue you a corporate check when you come in to return your item.

FOR ONLINE ORDERS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please email us at
hello@creeksidejewelers.com to verify that you are within the return period and to obtain an RMA #.

Return/Exchange Mailing Instructions:

  • Use the Online Order Return Label form we’ll send you to start your return or exchange.
  • Print the pre-paid USPS return shipping label.
  • Securely package the item along with all original paperwork (sales receipt, diamond guarantee,
  • packing slips, etc.) and packaging (ring box, etc.) and drop it off at any USPS location.
